Tonix expects to report the results of an interim analysis of its pivotal Phase 3 trial of TNX 102-SL in fibromyalgia in the coming quarter, with topline results due by year end. The trial’s enrollment goal is roughly 200 more participants than in the company’s first Phase 3, which significantly reduced fibromyalgia pain compared to placebo (p=0.01). Meantime, work is advancing on eleven other programs, including a predominantly T cell eliciting Covid-19 vaccine designed for ‘post pandemic’ immunity. It just completed a successful SARS CoV-2 challenge study in monkeys.
